I found the hotel to be in a fantastic location near Central Station. The tram stop just outside was very convenient. Valerie helped us at check in and offered great advice for activities during the week. The hotel staff gave me a birthday gift with decorations in the room, which i liked. I found the hotel service great and the space clean.
I thought the bathroom and toilet doors could have been cleaner .

Fantastic Central Hotel

The location provided easy access to many attractions. Central Station was a short walk away. The room included a fridge, kettle and coffee machine. The beds were very comfortable.
I requested ice daily, but the staff seemed unsure about the procedure. One day, the bar provided ice. Another day, ice was refused and a fee was mentioned.

The staff was always happy to assist with questions. They were consistently friendly and helpful. Valerie provided excellent check-in service and offered helpful advice about local activities throughout the week.
